- The National Minerals Agency has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year, 2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Procurement of Large Format Dual Roll Postscript Photo Printer.
- The National Minerals Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the Supply of one (1) Large Format Dual Roll Postscript Photo Printer.

Partial quotations will be considered non-responsive.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone National Public Procurement Act, 2016 and 2020 Procurement Regulations, open to all eligible bidders defined in the Bid Document.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Procurement Unit, National Minerals Agency, Head Office, New England Ville, Freetown from 9.00am to 4:00pm – on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500.00 (Five hundred Leones). Payment should be by cash into the undermentioned NPPA – Revenue from Sale of Bidding Documents Accounts:

Pay-in slip must be submitted to the Finance and Administration Directorate – NMA.
6. Bids must be marked on the outer envelope “LARGE FORMAT DUAL ROLL POSTSCRIPT PHOTO PRINTER”, and delivered to the above office on or before 2:00pm on the 23rd July, 2024 and must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- A Bid Security is Le 30,000.00 (Thirty thousands New Leones) which must be in the form of a valid Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank and recognised by the Central Bank of Sierra Leone;
- A True Copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate
- A True Copy of a valid Clearance Certificate from NASSIT;
- A True Copy of a valid NRA Tax Clearance.

- Valid Municipal/City Council Licence
- Audited Financial Statement for the past two years
- Signed Integrity Pact Form
- Signed and Stamped Bid Form
- Bids will be opened on Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024 at 2:00pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the Conference Room, National Minerals Agency, New England Ville Head Office, Freetown. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders.
