The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Ambrose Michael Sovula, has on Monday 16th August 2021, left the shore of Sierra Leone to grace the passing out ceremony of 10 Senior Police officers in Nigeria.
The IGP, Dr Ambrose Michael Sovula would deliver the keynote address for the graduation ceremony of the 10 Senior SLP officers who have completed a two months course in Strategic Leadership and Command course.
The ceremony is expected to be held mid this week.
These 10 officers are among the first batch of police earmarked for the 2021 promotion.
Meanwhile, the IGP would return home on Friday 20th August, 2021 and the return of the passing out officers is said to be grace with the release of the 2021 police promotion.
The 10 officers include, CSP Gabriel Tommy Regional Commander North-East, CSP Harold Hanciles – Dir. Support Services, CSP Sylvester, ADC Statehouse, CSP Brima Kanneh, ADC Vice President office, CSP Manfred Williams, Regpol Freetown West, CSP Hillary Sao Kanu, LUC Kissy Division, CSP Khrushchev Kargbo – LUC Moyamba, Supt. Brima Kamara, Head of media, Supt Abubakarr Kallon, LUC Central Division, and Supt. Esther Saffa Support Officer Masiaka Division.
