By Mohamed Kamara

Information on the Watch Newspaper radar has indicated that President Bio in just three years nine months as head of state has sacked three Attorney

General and Minister of Justice.

Lawyer Charles Francis Margaiis the first Attorney General and Minister of Justice that was sacked by His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio, who is now on record as the shortest serving Cabinet Minister of Sierra Leone. Charles Margai was sacked three months after he was appointed by President Bio.

Thereafter, Priscilla Schwartz was appointed as Attorney General and Minister of Justice but was sacked after the SLPP government lost the Treason Case against the former Minister of Internal Affairs in the erstwhile government of President Ernest Bai Koroma. Again, President Bio appointed Anthony Y. Brewah to serve as Attorney General and Minister of Justice but was sacked little over a year in office.

Many people are now of the view that the sacking of Anthony Y. Brewah is connected with the prerogative of mercy granted to BaimbaMoiforay alias LAC who was convicted of murder. It is believed that the former Attorney General and Minister of Justice,Anthony Y. Brewah surreptitiously approved the granting of the prerogative of mercy to LAC who is a popular herbalist.

Our radar further gathered that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have also had three changes. The first was AlieKabba who gave way to Tunis and now Professor David Francis, former Chief Minister.
