Family members of police officer Saidu Moscho Sesay have informed this medium that their son has been missing since last seen on December 2019.
One of Sesay’s relatives, Binty Sesay explained in an interview with this press stated that at some point Moscho had followed some men who were dressed in police uniforms believing to be his compatriots, but was deceived and dragged to a nearby bush where he was beaten mercilessly to the point of losing his life.
Binty added that Moscho’s residence at Tengbeh Town, West end of Freetown was set ablaze by some people she described as thugs who she said alleged that they had issues with him at some point.
Sources revealed that Sesay was among 149 police officers that were put under scrutiny after a trip from Somalia on the basis that they are operatives of the main opposition All Peoples Congress Party.
The Sierra Police were contacted for their side of the story but efforts to reach them proved futile
