The Chairman and Founder of the Africell Group Mr. Ziad Dalloul has on Monday 7th November 2022, paid a visit to the Africell Impact Foundation Center on Wilkinson in Freetown.
In his brief statement, Mr Ziad said that Africell Impact Foundation has a passion of empowering young people to contribute to their communities. He added that their aim is to help build strong and resilient communities by bringing people together, both digitally and physically by connecting them to opportunities in education, the arts, healthcare and other sectors.
Africell Customer Relations Director, Madam Keppy Debs said that the foundation is geared towards equipping Africell’s Customer Care Agents in the country with necessary skills to enhance customer service through building effective communication, self-confidence and professional image that differentiates them from competitors. She added that, the Africell Impact Foundation is based in Freetown and is opened to members of the public who intend to equip themselves in various areas. Mr Ziad Dalloul who has spent more than 30 years setting up and managing successful telecoms projects, ranging from international communications companies to cellular operators described the Africell Impact Foundation is a platform to develop the lives of Sierra Leoneans. He further encouraged young people to make good use of the platform. Mr Ziad Dalloul who has helped in building of fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure in Africa, the Middle East, the Gulf, and Eastern Europe, said that the Africell Impact Foundation is geared towards empowering interested people with laudable skills to be self-reliance in their endeavours.
