Senior members of the Nigerian High Commission were in attendance and beaming with smiles for a well deserved promotion
Lt Col Ahmad is a senior tutor at Horton Military Training Academy at IMATT, in Freetown, where he distinguished himself as a proficient and sound military officer who is well respected by the RSLAF and the Sierra Leonean community
Yesterday’s ceremony was the climax of the warm relations between the two countries and a health relations between Nigerian Armed Forces NAF and Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces RSLAF
