The Organizing Secretary of the All People’s Congress (APC) Diaspora Sixth Region, Comrade Dauda Blaq Lugbu Kamara, has issued a heartfelt appeal for peace, love, and unity among party members during this critical period in Sierra Leone’s political landscape.
In a recent statement, Comrade Kamara congratulated the party executives for adhering to the 2022 APC Constitution, particularly in successfully launching the party’s registration and verification exercise. He also commended their efforts in pursuing electoral justice through the Tripartite Agreement following the controversial June 24, 2023, elections.
Kamara emphasized the importance of upholding the party’s ideology, which he believes fosters a sense of family and camaraderie among APC loyalists. He urged all members to set aside differences and unite for the common good, especially as the nation faces significant challenges under the current administration.
“We need peace, love, and unity now more than ever because our nation is under serious bondage as President Bio continues to govern with what many believe is a stolen mandate from the majority of Sierra Leoneans,” Kamara stated. He concluded his message with a call to embrace peace, love, and unity, reminding party members that despite the challenges, “La Vita Continua” – life must go on.
