 CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES (3MX6MX1.5MBOX CULVERT,2NR SINGLE BOX CULVERTS & 1NR. REINFORCED CONCRETE BRIDGE), ALONG HUNDUWA- MORIA FEEDER ROAD IN BOMBALI DISTRICT

The Bombali District Council has received funds from the Road Maintenance fund Administration (RMFA) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of these funds to eligible payments under the contract, maintenance of feeder road and construction of structures with the Procurement NO. BDC/ADM/NCB/2021/001. Bombali District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works indicated in the table below.

Bidding is open to all potential contractors that have the Technical and financial capability to undertake the required works indicated above.

 Bidders may obtain financial class 1(one) certificate or better from the Ministry of Works and Public Assets,

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9am- 4pm daily Mondays to Fridays.   Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 300,000(Three Hundred Thousand Leones).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 18^th November, 2021 at 12: noon.

 All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• Bid Security indicated above table from a reputable Commercial Bank;
• A valid  NRA tax clearance certificate;
• A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
• A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
• Completed and signed  bid form
• Ministry of works and public Assets certificate Financial class 1or better
• Evidence of similar works undertaken
• Work schedule/plan 
• SLRA Certificate category A or better 

Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 18^th November, 2021 at 12: noon in the presence of the bidders’ or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Bombali District Council Conference Hall.

 Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
