PROCUREMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE OUTLETS

The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement for the construction and rehabilitation of automatic teller machine outlets and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the works outline below:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL 250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Leones) and method of payment will be by cash into “Revenue from sale of bidding sub Treasury Account”{003-001-081791-11-21-83} at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street and pay-in slip submitted to the Procurement Unit.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 5th August 2021. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Lot 1-SLL 3,000,000, Lot 2-SLL 6,000,000, Lot 3-SLL 3,000,000, Lot 4-SLL 10,000,000, Lot 5-SLL 12,000,000, Lot 6-SLL 13,000,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid local council certificate
- Completed signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Work Program/Gantt Chart
- Qualification of key personnel
- Construction method statement
- Works certificates- Class 1
- Completed Evidence of site visit form (This form must be signed by the Estate Manager)
- Completed and signed Eligibility and Qualification Form
Bidders may quote for one or more lots described in the scheduled of requirement and technical specification of the Bidding document.
Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 5thAugust 2021 at12:00noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
