The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement for the construction of a building at Jui and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the works outline below:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL 500,000.00 (Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Leones) and method of payment will be by cash into “Revenue from sale of bidding sub Treasury Account” {003-001-081791-11-21-83} at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street and pay-in slip submitted to the Procurement Unit..
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 18th November 2021. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of SLL 250,000,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank
- A valid tax clearance certificate
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate
- A valid Local Council certificate
- Completed and signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- A valid Ministry of Works, Housing and Infrastructure (MoWHI) minimum premier class certificate
- Completed and signed Eligibility and Qualification Form[see attached]
- Completed Evidence of site visit form (This form must be signed by both SLCB Estate Manager and bidder`s representative) [see attached]
- Evidence of similar work in the construction of at least three projects of nature and complexity equivalent to the works successfully completed (to comply with this requirement, works cited should be 100% complete and a completion certificate be shown as a proof)
- Work schedule
Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 18th November 2021 at12:00noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
