CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES AND CULVERTS IN JOIJOMA TOWN,MALEMA CHIEFDOM KAILAHUN DISTRICT

The Kailahun District Council has received funds from Government of Sierra Leone to make eligible payment to contractors for the procurement of works and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of:
CONSTRUCTION OF TWELVE CULVERTS IN JOIJOMA TOWN MALEMA CHIEFDOM KAILAHUN DISTRICT (WITH PROCUREMENT NUMBER-KLDC/ADMIN/RMFA/NCB/2023/001)
The procurement of works shall be divided into the following lots

Bidding is open to all national contractors who hold Ministry of works certificate classification class 1, 2 and 3 and can demonstrate financial capacity
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 9:00am to 4:00pm from Monday to Friday. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL 350,000.00(Three hundred and fifty Leones).
Bids must be delivered into the Tender box, place on the 1st corridor, and left hand corner at the address below on or before 12:00pm on Monday 10th April, 2023.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security shall be from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact
- A Valid ministry of works certificate
- A Valid SLRA certificate
- Bid form must be signed and stamped
- A Valid District/Municipal Council Registration Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday 10th April, 2023at12:00pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
