Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
- Ensuring containers arrive as per schedule.
- Supervising that the containers are loaded on the same day they arrive.
- Monitoring the drivers, particularly when any adjustment or movements with the container are necessary.
- Assisting with the packing list, ensuring it aligns with the list received from production.
- Verifying that the seal is applied to the container and that the seal number is included on the delivery note.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 experience in logistics or supply chain supervision.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, TMS).
- Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling shipments documentation.
Technical Skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Teamwork and the ability to handle multiple tasks
