Moses Kamara Donates Teaching and Learning Materials to Primary Schools

Mr. Moses Kamara a Civil Servant has donated Teaching and Learning Materials to hundreds of school going pupils at the Roman Catholic Primary School Mayagba, Mapaki Chiefdom in Bombali District, as part of his support to President Bio’s Free Quality Education drive in the country.

The presentation ceremony was well attended by school authorities and community stakeholders, and the theme of the program was: Support Free Quality Education through human capital development.

Speaking to this medium, Mr. Kamara explained that the essence of the donation was to complement the efforts of the government’s free quality education and also to support the school going pupils with teaching and learning materials.
He maintained that he sourced most of the money he used to purchase the learning materials from friends and colleagues.

He called on the school authorities to share the materials evenly to deserving pupils in the school and assured them of his continued support.

Mr. Kamara revealed that the items presented to the school were: 14 cartons of textbooks, 1 set goal post nets, 3 trophies, 8 bags of rice for the teachers, school bags and learning materials for the best pupils in the school including the best NPSE pupil.

He appealed to other well meaning Sierra Leoneans to complement the effort of the government in education as whatever you give to children will help change the nation.
