The Sierra Leone Football Association has today Tuesday August 17 successfully organized one day seminar with Regional FA Chairmen and Secretaries on the kickoff dates and playing formats for National Football Competitions.
The seminar is part of the implementation of the objectives agreed by the Executive Committee in their recent retreat held at The Place Beach Resort, Tokeh Village.
Declaring the seminar officially open, the SLFA Vice President 1 Mr. Harold Nat-Johnson emphasized on the importance of playing well structured football competitions across the country, siting the Nation’s recent qualification to the ToralEnergies AFCON 2021 as one of the benefits. ”We exist as a federation because of Football and we have to ensure it plays across the country, season after season, at all levels and categories”. He added.
