The U.S. Department of State has officially announced the winners of the 2021 GDI-OBO Resilience Innovation Grant!
This #StateOBO sponsored grant was developed in partnership with the Department’s Greening Diplomacy Initiative (GDI) team to recognize and fund up to $1 million in innovative ideas from posts to advance resiliency in Department operations and facilities. This year’s awarded projects focused heavily on water security with proposals that included the construction of rainwater harvesting systems, water bottle-filling stations, water wells, and water treatment and recycling systems.
OBO is glad to be contributing to combatting climate change in real and impactful ways around the world! Join us in congratulating the winning posts!
