The Njala University has allocated funds for the procurement of Motor Vehicle and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of: 

Bidding is open to all suppliers who have capacity to supply the above equipment.

All bids must be accompanied by the following Documents: 

0. A valid Business registration certificate 

1. Bid Security of Sixteen Million Six Hundred Leones (Le16,600,000.00) from a reputable Commercial Bank; 

2. A valid National Revenue Authority (NRA) tax clearance certificate; 

3. A valid NASSIT clearance certificate; 

4. A signed Integrity Pact; 

5. One Original copy and three photocopies of bids; 

6. A valid Local Council Registration Certificate 

Bids will be publicly opened on 2^nd September, 2021at 12:00noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
